My Kids Dancing

Just thought I’d put this up for mostly the fam. My daughter’s walking (1 year old). Not as early as my son (who walked on his own at 7 months–ack) but still, pretty steady. She took her first steps at 9 months, realized that this might mean seperation from Mommy and decided to hold off on it. Ignore spelling errors. I’m still sick.

I don’t have a clue how to embed this right now.

Jerry & I had to watch this over 5x! We don’t know what’s funnier; Elayna going around in circles because of Sy, or Sy as tall as a tree going around in circles as Elayna!
Much love, miss you all~ Jerry & Yvonne

You’re really stocking up on stuff to blackmail them with when they’re teenagers, huh? :) Awesome. Did your son go through a growth spurt(Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaalt!) or is it just the proportion next to his baby sister?

    I think it’s a bit of column A and column B.

    That was so cute!

Was the music in the video the music they were listening to, or did you add that later?

I added the music later. They were dancing to something Sy was making up. Normally they dance to salsa.

    AAAAAWWWWWWW. How cute!

My son started walking just before nine months. I’ll never forget the first big experience with it. We’d just moved into a new apartment and I was going through a box of stuff to put away. He was sitting beside me on the floor. I took a comb out of the box and sat it down and he picked it up and started looking at it. I didn’t think much about it and went back to the box. Then I looked around and he was gone. I went out into the next room and there he was, WALKING. He walked over to another box and sat the comb on top of it.

As a dad, I’m sure that you understand what I mean when I say that aliens could have landed in the parkinglot and I’d not have noticed at that moment.

That is UNbelievably cute! And the addition of the music, excellent! I agree with MCF this is definitely worth sending in to the tele people.

adorable! I love watching our girls interact, especially since I didn’t grow up with siblings.
