Prayer Mondays: Luther on Righteousness

Barring my faulty memory (and if I’m not lazy) I want to post prayers on Monday from all over Church History and then throughout the modern day, and then my own. This is a prayer that may have some Lenten application by Martin Luther (ht: Trevin Wax)

Lord Jesus,

You are my righteousness,
I am your sin.

You took on you what was mine;
yet set on me what was yours.

You became what you were not,
that I might become what I was not.

Amen.
